Payment:

Payment is due upon Registration wherever possible.

If payment is by Purchase Order, Cheque or Money Order, the payment or Purchase order is requested within 14 days of Registration. If not received within this time, Registration may be cancelled.

Registrations for each course will be closed one month prior to commencement of course for the purpose of sending Pre-Reading materials.

Attendance:

You must be in attendance for the entire course, complete all aspects of the course and pass the assessment, to receive a Certificate that states "the participant has successfully met the requirements" of the course. If these requirements are not met, the participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Both courses are endorsed by the RCNA and 20 CNE points are allocated for attendance at the full course.

The Remote Emergency Care course minimum participant number is 18 and we have a full course at 24.

The Maternity Emergency Care course minimum participant number is 18 and we have a full course at 20.

Cancellation Policy:

CRANAplus  endeavours to deliver every course as advertised.  CRANAplus reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course or workshop to an alternative date.  If registrations have commenced, Participants will be advised by telephone and alternative arrangements made.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the CRANAplus First Line Emergency Care Office at admin6@crana.org.au.  Telephone enquiries may be directed to (08) 8408 8200. 

Registrations cancelled 30 working days prior to course commencement will attract a $50 administration fee, plus the cost of any course materials already mailed out.**

Registrations cancelled less than 30 working days prior to course commencement may receive up to a 50% cancellation fee.

Registrations cancelled 5 working days prior to course commencement will result in a 100% cancellation fee, except under exceptional circumstances. 

All exceptional circumstances will be considered at the sole discretion of the CEO of CRANAplus.
